Treaty of Waitangi/ Tiriti o Waitangi

In text identify the version (English, Māori or translation of Māori into English) of the Treaty you’re referring to as each version is different. If referring to a particular article of the Treaty, include the article number in text followed by the in text reference e.g. ... as mentioned in Article one (Treaty of Waitangi [English version], 1840). If you are referring to the text that precedes the articles, write “Preamble."
